Thank you for choosing our photography and videography services! We’re committed to providing high-quality work, tailored to each client. As a small business, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read and understand our refund policy before making any purchases. All sales are final.
Print Products
All print products — including prints, canvases, and albums — are final sale and non-refundable.
If your print arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To qualify for a replacement, you’ll need to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost if the damage is verified.
Digital Products
All digital products — including digital photos, edited videos, digital albums, and highlight reels — are non-refundable and final sale.
Please carefully review your selection of images and/or video packages before placing your order. Once delivered, digital content cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Services - Photography & Videography
All services — such as portrait sessions, weddings, events, commercial shoots, and video production — are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, we ask that you contact us at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled session. We’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
3a. In the rare event we are unable to deliver the agreed services due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., illness, severe weather, or equipment failure), we will either:

Reschedule your session at no additional cost, or

Provide a partial or full refund for any services not rendered, at our discretion.
Deposits
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your session. If you need to reschedule your session, we will apply your deposit to the new date, provided the rescheduling request is made at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Creative Work & Subjectivity
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for dissatisfaction with subjective elements such as artistic interpretation, style, or preferences once the product or service has been delivered in accordance with the agreed terms. If the work is delivered as outlined in your agreement or discussed in pre-session communications, it is considered complete and non-refundable.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected at the top with the latest revision date. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.
